The Nobel Committee announced the names of Nobel Prize winners in literature for 2018 and 2019.
They became the Polish writer Olga Tokarchuk and the Austrian writer Peter Handke. This was reported in the official Twitter account of the Nobel Committee:

Peter Handke is a 76-year-old Austrian writer who in 1995 won the Schiller Memorial Award. He was awarded the Nobel for the "linguistic ingenuity" of his work exploring the uniqueness of human experience.

Note that this year, two winners were named right away, since in 2018 they did not award the Nobel Prize in literature. Then the writer Katarina Frosterson was accused of repeatedly leaking the name of the laureate to the press ahead of schedule. And her husband, Jean-Claude Arnault, was accused of sexual harassment, because of which serious changes were made in the composition of the literary committee.
Recall, recently died Nobel laureate in literature Tony Morrison.
